Storage Period
Unless a specific storage period has been stated in this privacy notice, your personal data will remain with us until the purpose for the data processing no longer applies. If you make a legitimate request for erasure or withdraw your consent to data processing, your data will be deleted unless we have other legally permissible grounds for retaining your personal data (e.g. statutory retention periods under tax or commercial law); in the latter case, deletion will take place once these grounds no longer apply.
SSL/TLS Encryption
For security reasons and to protect the transmission of confidential content, such as orders or requests you send to us as the site operator, this site uses SSL or TLS encryption. An encrypted connection can be recognised by the fact that the address line of the browser changes from “http://” to “https://” and by the padlock symbol in your browser bar.
If SSL or TLS encryption is activated, the data you transmit to us cannot be read by third parties.
2. Data Collection on this Website
Hosting
Our website is hosted by ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich, Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf (hereinafter “All-Inkl”). When you visit our website, All-Inkl automatically collects and stores certain connection data in server log files. These include:
- IP address
- Name of the Internet service provider
- Browser type, version and language
- Operating system
- Date and time of access
- Content of the page accessed
- Amount of data transmitted
- Access status (e.g. successful/error)
- Previously visited websites (“referrer”)
- Subpages visited
This processing is carried out on the basis of Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, based on our legitimate interest in the secure, stable and error-free provision of our website.
A data processing agreement (DPA) pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR has been concluded with All-Inkl. This ensures that your data are only processed in accordance with our instructions and in compliance with the statutory data protection requirements.
The data are deleted once they are no longer required for the purposes stated above.
Contact by E-mail, Telephone or Fax
If you contact us by e-mail, telephone or fax, your enquiry including all resulting personal data (name, enquiry) will be stored and processed by us for the purpose of dealing with your request. We will not pass on these data without your consent.
The processing of these data is based on Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR if your request is related to the fulfilment of a contract or is necessary for the implementation of pre-contractual measures, or on health prevention and medical diagnostics pursuant to Art. 9(2)(h) GDPR. In all other cases, the processing is based on our legitimate interest in the effective processing of enquiries addressed to us (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) or on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) if this has been requested; consent may be withdrawn at any time.
The data you send to us via contact requests will remain with us until you request deletion, revoke your consent to storage or the purpose for data storage ceases to apply (e.g. once your enquiry has been dealt with). Mandatory statutory provisions – in particular legal retention periods – remain unaffected.
Online Appointment Booking
Via our website, you can book appointments with us using the online booking tool of Doctolib GmbH (Mehringdamm 51, 10961 Berlin). Doctolib acts as a processor on our behalf. When booking an appointment, personal data such as name, date of birth, contact details, insurance status, reason for visit and appointment history are processed.
Doctolib applies high data protection and security standards. Processing takes place on the basis of Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (treatment contract), Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent for appointment reminders), and Art. 9(2)(h) GDPR (healthcare). Data will not be shared with third parties.
With your consent, we may remind you of upcoming appointments by SMS or e-mail. You may withdraw this at any time in the app or with us.
For online booking, a Doctolib account is required. In this case, Doctolib GmbH is independently responsible for data processing. Doctolib’s own privacy notice applies.
Consent Management
Our website uses cookies for various processing activities that require your consent. To obtain and store such consent, we use a consent management tool. As part of this, a cookie – a small text file – is placed on your device to record your choice/consent. In this context, we process, among other things, your IP address. On our website, you can set graduated privacy preferences for these cookies.
Processing takes place on the basis of our legitimate interests in documenting compliance with the GDPR provisions on obtaining consent (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
